Biography:
Jake Deane is an Annapolis, Maryland native who now calls Chicago, IL home. "Jake the snake," (as his friends call him) has allowed his passion for lacrosse to infiltrate his career. Deane and fellow teammate Mike Gabel started a company called True Lacrosse. Their goal is to spread lacrosse throughout the Midwest and teach people the accurate way the sport should be played. During the month of May, Deane executes clinics throughout the country in an attempt to spread his love of the game. Interestingly enough, Deane has actually run with the Bulls in Pamplona and ended up being gored. Fortunately, he survived and is able to continue to spread his enthusiasm for lacrosse.
